Crimbo Crackers Challenge 15 - Sentiment As Focal Point

It's time for another Crimbo Crackers challenge!  The theme for the fortnight is:

Sentiment As Focal Point

So no titchy little messages or sentiments - the bigger the better!  I'm sponsored by Funky Hand (thank you Anice!) and the winner gets to choose a download of their choice from the store!

I've used the Tis The Season wordbook download - simply printed out the letters I wanted then cut them out, added gold stickles around the edges of the letters and then combined them together to create the word 'season'.  The smaller letters are cut from very glittery dark green card with my Sizzix Round A Bout alphabet dies and the ribbon is from Asda - a few Christmases ago!

Its actually a fake bow - I tied the ribbon and then looped another bit together, stuck it with double sided tape so it looked like a sausage and then threaded it through the knot so it all holds together and is not as bulky as a normal bow!

Good luck with the challenge - for more details pop over to Crimbo Crackers!

I'd like to enter the following challenges:

Creative Card Crew:  Sentiment As Focal Point
Ladybug Crafts Ink:  Anything But A Square
Totally Stampalicious:  Sparkle, Shine and Bling
Christmas Cards All Year Round:  Inspired by a Carol

  • Wordbook:  Tis The Season download from Funky Hand
  • Dies:  Sizzix Round A Bout alphabet
  • Everything else:  My stash

  3. What a fabulous card! I love that there would be so much room for messages - it would make a great card for a teacher or grandmother. Thanks for sharing, and thanks for joining us at Christmas Cards All Year Round.
