The image has been coloured with Promarkers plus a little glitter glue on the glasses. Sentiment is computer generated and I've added embossed vellum (Cuttlebug D'vine swirls folder) panels behind the image.I've used white grosgrain ribbon from my stash plus some very shiny silver card. Gems and prima flowers are from my stash.
Although you can't see it, I've added a silver gel pen dotted line around the image, sentiment and edge of the card.
