He does look quite Dickensian doesn't he?! I've coloured him with Aquamarkers and the background with watercolours, layered onto some rather wonderful chocolate brown pearlescent card and then some very old downloaded papers from Mad About Cards and some bloke ribbon. The 'brads' are totally fake - black Sharpie marker with glossy accents over the top. So what are you waiting for - go snag it!! Snooze and you loose! If you miss grabbing it as a freebie then it will be available to buy in the store later on.
