We also have some new release stamps to share too and I've used Polka Dot Pals Charlie who is all ready for his graduation!  I've coloured him up with Promarkers and then added him directly to the card blank using some scrabble tiles and wooden stars.

Retirement - Part 5

Here is the fifth page in the work colleagues retirement card - big enough for all the offices to sign!  This one features Skater Stanley who I've coloured with Promarkers.  Again, papers from the Papermaina 6 x 6 stack and our organisation colours are blue, orange and purple (I know!!) so these have featured throughout the card.

Sentiment has been printed on my computer and I've layered it onto some black card.  I'd like to enter the following challenges:

Daring Card Makers - Handmade Flowers

It's Friday again and time for a new Daring Card Makers challenge and the theme this week is

Handmade Flowers

I've used the Stampin' Unicorn Dotty About Flowers stamp onto some hot pink tissue paper wrapping that I had in my stash (always knew I'd find a way to use it!)  I've only stamped on the top layer and then cut the underneath by layering up the tissue paper so that I cut about 4 or 5 at once.

The flower centres have been made with clear glass gems and I've added some to the wicker heart which I pre painted with acrylic white paint.

I've used a wooden Christmas tree ornament and used some bakers twine, handwritten sizzix tag and a bell to hide the hole at the top.

Papers are Let It Snow 12x12 stack and I've added half pearls from my stash plus a Sizzix embossed panel.  The wavy line has been cut with an unbranded die.

Colour Crazy Challenge - Week 21 - The Paper Shelter

This week we are sponsored by The Paper Shelter and we had two images to play with.  I couldn't decide which one to use so coloured both!  The first one is Businessman and I've coloured him with Promarkers and used papers that I found in my stash which are from the now retired Funky Hand.  Sentiment was a freebie I got in a magazine years ago.

This is The Great Baker and I've also coloured her with Promarkers and again I've used papers I found in my stash along with some raffia that I've had for quite some time.  Sentiment is from the same set as above.

Here is some extra inspiration from me using Celebrate Balloons image which I've coloured with Promakers and glittered the spotty one.  I've layered it onto a piece of card I found in my stash and added liquid pearl dots around the edge of the card and image.

I've made a Good Luck card for a colleague who I've worked with for around 16 years and this is for the office to sign.  I've used an image by Faith at From The Heart Stamps which sadly is no longer available as the store is now closed.  The sentiment came with the stamp too.

I've used Promarkers to colour plus added gems to the centres of the shamrocks and one I've rather gone over the top with the glitter on the one in the middle!

I've made this clean and simple card using the Doodle Dragonfly clear stamp plus the Bee Nice bees, all coloured with Promarkers plus a little bit of glitter.  The sentiment is also from the Bee Nice set and I've added my own embellishments.
