Hello Cards

Here is the set of four cards that I sent as part of my Secret Easter Bunny swop - I sent them to Phoebe from the Crafts Forum.

Made with papers from Kirsty Wiseman - Patti Picklicious cd which have been cut using Spellbinders Nestabiities and the edges inked. The little tiny letters are also from the cd. And I've added seed beads across the front of the cards.

I've used some lovely cream / ivory 240gsm card which has a slight linen effect - you can just about see it in the bottom photo.

Once I'd decided what to make they came together quite quickly. So much so that I made a further 3 sets with different finishes and sentiments. So those will be added to my website at some point. When I find the time. I'm sure the days are getting shorter - feels like I only get 20 hours these days!!

  • All paperbased elements: Kirsty Wiseman - Patti Picklicious cd
  • Seed beads: My stash

Easter Bunny & The Lamb

Each Easter and Christmas the Crafts Forum runs (well Karen does!) a Secret Easter Bunny / Santa Swop which is hugely entertaining and exciting!! And look what the Secret Easter Bunny from The Crafts Forum brought me! And look what it contained! Six notecards / everyday cards that I can use as I NEVER have anything like this that I've made - so no excuse now eh?! The prints are fantastic and I've not got a clue who my Secret Easter Bunny is either! Thank you Secret Easter Bunny!!

I'll share photos of what I sent later in the week!

And I also received this cutie from the very lovely Nikky!! Mrs Polkadoodle herself! I've had to put it out of little boys reach as I fear the little lamb would be missing a chunk or two!

Thorntons white chocolate eh??!! Yum yum!!

Thank you to Nikky and to my Secret Easter Bunny!

Secret Easter Bunny

I took part in the Crafts Forum Secret Easter Bunny Swop which was expertly organised by BeadsbyDesign (thanks Karen!) And I got sent this wonderful Easter Fairy named Freda by Indri! And don't worry - it wasn't this poorly wrapped when I got it - in my haste to unwrap it, I forgot to take a photo so this is the restyled photo for blog purposes!
And this was inside! All made from quilling paper! I really admire her patience and dexterity!

I've carefully wrapped it all back up and put it back in the box as I dare not let the boys near it! On the lookout for a suitable boxed frame that she can live in so I can display it.
How lucky am I?! And thank you Indri (Beth)!
