Amy

I've made this simple card for one of my nieces who turns 5 at the end of the month.  I had some cardboard letters in my stash which I painted with white acrylic paint as a primer before I added two coats of pink glitter glue.

I've handwritten the sentiment onto a Sizzix scalloped tag and attached it to the letter Y with ribbon recycled from a clothes tag.

Because the cardboard letters had warped with all the glitter glue I'd used, I had to sit on them once added to the card to flatten it!

To finish, I've scored a line around the edge of the card to create a border.

I'd like to enter the following:

Polkadoodle Challenge - Autumn Colours or Anything Goes

It's time for a Polkadoodle Challenge!  The theme is:

Anything Goes

I made a Birthday card for my Mum using papers from the Twiggy and Toots cd and added inks around the edges plus a faux stitched line with a black fineliner pen.  The chocolate satin ribbon is from my stash and I've coloured some cheap chipboard letters with Promarkers after covering them with paper (couldn't colour directly onto the chipboard!)

And to finish I've added some half pearls, again from my stash!  Good luck with the challenge!  For more details and inspiration pop over to the blog!

I'd like to enter the following challenges:
