For a Four Year Old

Ben 10 is the order of the day for one little boy due to be four very soon! I've been asked to make this card and it fits the Fussy and Fancy challenge which is:
A Card for A Child

The image was drawn by the very talented Claire and I've coloured Ben with Promarkers including the background. All the papers are from Funky Hand - Craft The Year Away cd which I've layered and inked plus added a bit of doodling around the edges. I made the card open in the centre as I decided that a four year old would like that! The sentiment is computer generated and I found the number 4 in a bag with other numbers in my stash and I presume it is as Sizzix die cut. I've coloured it with Promarkers to match the colour theme, doodled a line around the edge and added glossy accents. I've also added a paler green insert inside as the white of the card was a little off-putting!

Ben 10

As soon as I saw the sketch for Truly Scrumptious, I knew what I would be making! The optional extras with the sketch was a brad, button or bow and I've managed the brad!

It's Jacob's 5th Birthday next Monday and I'd almost forgotten to make him a card! He is a big big fan of Ben 10 and I've used an image drawn by Claire and I've coloured it with Promarkers.

Papers are from my stash - they don't have a name on but are 12x12 and are slightly embossed. I'll have bought them from somewhere, knowing that they will come in one day! The black card is also from my stash.

I've added a large green brad and then glued a number 5 disc to the front as Jacob will be 5! And starting school too! How time flies - only feels like last week that I'd just finished work for maternity leave - mind you, I left that almost to the last minute too as I worked until 39 weeks and he was on time!

Just got to make up the 20 odd party bags for the party on Thursday at nursery! It's his last day, and to celebrate his Birthday and also our last day at nursery too after 6 and a half years of being there with both boys! Photos to follow - obviously!

Ben 10

I've had this Ben 10 image for a while - the very talented Claire drew it and allowed me a copy so don't be thinking that I've drawn it! I've simply coloured it in with watercolour pencils!

This is for the Rosie Dee challenge which is a sketch:

And I've flipped it around as the logo didn't fit where it should have gone. I've used a green card blank that I found in my stash, rounded and doodled the edges then cut two shapes with my Nesties and layered the image onto black card.

Simples!
