Fetch A Sketch Challenge 9 Midway Extra

We're at the midway point of Fetch A Sketch challenge 9. The winner from challenge 8 has been announced on the challenge blog - so pop over and have a look!

As a reminder, we are sponsored by Bonibleaux Designs and Boni is generously offering the winner of our sketch a $10 gift certificate - so no excuses to make those pesky man cards again!

The sketch can be rotated or flipped and you can use any of your stash and add embellishments where you wish, just as long as we can see the sektch we are happy!
For my sample I've used papers from Funky Hand - Dreams Come True and coloured Kyle Karate with Promarkers. I've added letters and die cut stars using my Cuttlebug Baby Face alphabet dies plus added glossy accents too.
A bit of inking and faux stitching and the card is complete!

Hope you can join in with the challenge - for more details please go to the challenge blog - deadline for entries is Sunday 30 October at 12noon GMT. Good luck!

Dude Time Doodles - July New Releases & Blog Hop!

It's the last Wednesday of the month so its time to reveal the new Dude Time Doodles images and to kick it all off we have a blog hop for you!

One of the Dudettes will be the hostess with the mostest and one lucky commenter will win a digi image! So make sure you leave me a comment - I've not yet been the hostess so this could be the one!!

If you've arrived at me from Michelle then you are on the right track although there is no start and end point, just make sure you've visited us all! From me you need to hop to NanaConnie and leave a comment there too!! For my creation, I've made a double wobble card! It wobbles from side to side (well, rocks really) and the actual image is on a spring so he really does wobble! Kyle Karate is a new release for July and he's been coloured with Promarkers. Both my boys have martial arts lessons and both loved this image! The paper is from Funky Hand - Craft The Year Away cd along with the wobble card template. The letters have been cut from silver card with my Sizzix Round-a-Bout alphabet and the two silver stars are table confetti.

There are new Dudettes joining the gang - please give a warm welcome to Michelle, NanaConnie, Dawn and Linda!

Good luck with the hop and don't forget to leave a comment! Once I'm awake I'll directly link to the blogs in the hop before and after me!
