Daring Card Makers - Oh Man!

It's time for a new Daring Card Makers challenge and the theme for this week is

Oh Man!

I made a card using a die last week and kept the letters from it to make this weeks card - rather pleased with myself for that!  The die is MFT and I've used Polkadoodles Sticks & Bones papers which I've added onto some DL sized ribbed cardstock and then added card candi to finish it off

I've made a Christmas baking apron using an unbranded die set plus a rectangle die cut from silver card as a baking tray.  The cookies are card candy and I've punched some small holly to add here and there and used half pearls as berries.

I found the papers in my stash when i was having a clear out a while ago.  Good luck with the challenge!  I'd like to enter the following:

From The Heart Stamps - Sketch Challenge 162

Time for another From The Heart Stamps sketch with a twist challenge! The sketch is below and you can either follow the sketch, or use the twist or the colour inspiration. If you are feeling brave, you could try two or all three! The only rule is that you must use a From The Heart Stamp in your creation.

I've used Little Snowman and coloured him with Promarkers plus glitter glue on his hat and I've dotted liquid pearls around the edges.  I've used an X Cut die for the shape and used an off cut of card for the card base.  I found the printed paper in my stash and the Card Candi were found in the Great Christmas Clear Out!  Charm also from my stash.

Polkadoodle Challenge - Design Sheet or Anything Goes

Welcome to a new Polkadoodle Challenge!  The theme, as always is:

Anything Goes

However the Design Team were challenged to use a Design Sheet.  The Design sheets on each CD (or download) are such good value and you get sooooo much to work with!  The hardest bit is trying to decide which elements to use!  I've gone for Work and Play 12 - Geek Scientist - you can buy the sheet on its own or if you want more, buy the download as you get each character with its own design sheet.  All I've added is some card candi, glitter glue and glossy accents!

I've simply selected the elements I wanted and cut them out before playing around with the layout and then sticking it all down with foam pads for extra depth.
