I Love Promarkers - Challenge 440 - SheepSki Designs

Fork Lift Fred Removals

I made this card for a family who are moving from Belgium to Cyprus and I presumed that they would have a lot of stuff to ship!  Using Fork Lift Fred, coloured with Promarkers and some rather posh (yet were a bargain!) papers I had in my stash.  I handwrote the signs and added some key charms too.

Daring Card Makers - Sunglasses

It's time for a new Daring Cardmakers challenge and the theme this week is

Sunglasses

I had a rummage through all my stash and found a rather old sheet of decoupage from La Pashe called Flippity Dippity and thought the image was perfect for this challenge!  I cut out all the elements and layered them up - there is a reverse too! and also layered onto black card so make the image stand out more.  An offcut of card for the base and I found some equally old papers to use over it.

Polkadoodle Challenge - Anything Goes or Magical Fantasy

It's time for a new Polkadoodle challenge and this week the theme is

Anything Goes

The DT were challenged to use the theme of Magical Fantasy and I've used the cute Hello - Sparkle Unicorn and kept it very plain and simple, using the image as the focal point.  Coloured with Promarkers plus lots of glitter on her hair and tail and some tiny little gems on the flowers.  I've scored a border around the edge of the card and will add a personalised sentiment before I send it to the recipient.

And we are sponsored by Buagboo and I've used Farm Critters Stack, coloured with Promarkers and coloured pencils for the sky.  I've used a fancy die to cut the image and the base is an offcut of card from a previous project that needed using up.  Half pearls, embroidery thread and charm all from my stash.

Melvin The Mod

A while ago (when I had more time than I have now!) I went through all the Dr Digi images I had printed out to see if there was one I'd not used before and came across Melvin the Mod.  So he got coloured up with Promarkers and I have quite a few vintage roadmaps in my stash so used one of those and some plain card.

Worked out quite well I thought!

I've made a card using lots of offcuts - the background paper is oddments from previous projects along with the stars.  The frame has been cut using two square dies and the letters and sentiment also from bits of kraft card.  String from the kitchen drawer!

Polkadoodle Challenge

 It's time for a new Polkadoodle challenge and this week the theme is

The DT were challenged to make a girly card and here is mine!  I've used Ruby Sweet digi stamp and coloured her with Promarkers plus a little glitter glue on her underskirts.  I've layered the image onto some lemon card I found in my stash and then used Blushing Blooms 6x6 paper underneath.  Finished it off with liquid pearl dots, ribbons and half pearls from my stash and blingy numbers.

Father's Day: World's Best Dad (Again!)

Another World's Best Dad Father's Day card using an image from Dr Digi and a sentiment from the Father's Day Sentiment Sheet which I've coloured with Promarkers to match the colour scheme.  Papers are ancient as I'm trying to use up my stash and I've added some half pearls for added detail.

Daring Card Makers - Up The Flag Pole!

It's time for a new Daring Cardmakers challenge and the theme this week is

Up The Flag Pole

I've used the USA flag as inspiration - mainly the colours and the stars (didn't manage the stripes!) and have used up oddments from my stash to make it plus a black fine liner pen for the faux running stitch.  An X Cut star die plus used up some Swiss Dots embossed white card that I found in my stash.  

The sentiment die is from my stash and I've use the negative part for a change.  Good luck with the challenge!
