Dinosaur!

The Friday Sketchers challenge this week is a really simple one:

And instead of looking through all my stamped images (we've had a Funky Hand DT image swop recently!) I decided to raid my still large box of die cuts and bits. The dino is a recent purchase so expect to see more of these but in different colours in the future, and he's been coloured with chalks. The backing papers are left overs from a recent Dottie card which have been inked and then a wobbly doodily line around the outside has been added. Card candy from Craftwork cards (I bought a few colours!)

And I hand cut the dodgy oval in the middle cos I was trying to use up every last scrap of paper! I know the extra dots on the sides are not in the original sketch, but the card looked a bit odd just as it was, so call it artistic licence!

I've managed to create cards for a number of challenges this week - in fact I've been on a bit of a roll - so expect to see probably two posts a day for the next few days! And its not because I've managed to find a time machine or how to get 30 hours in a 24 hour period - Jacob has been poorly over the weekend (and all over the carpet, bed and sink....) so I got more crafting time and an impromptu day off work as the little lamb was not himself and I'm not such a horrible mother to send him to nursery when he's not his usual cheeky self. However, this morning he was back to normal!
