Colour Crazy Challenge - Week 30 - All Dressed Up

It's time for a new Colour Crazy Challenge and the theme as always is

Anything Goes

This week we are sponsored by All Dressed Up Stamps and I've used Shoes image along with the sentiment.  Coloured with Promarkers to match the papers I found in my stash which were magazine freebies from quite some time ago!  I've added some half pearls as embellishments to the front of the shoes and then added liquid pearl dots around the edge of the image and tag.
