Polkadoodles Challenge - Time For A Party or Anything Goes

Welcome to a new Polkadoodles challenge!  The theme is

Anything Goes

The DT were challenged with the theme of Time For A Party so I've gone with Scruff Cupcake and coloured him with Promarkers.  I found some really old rub-ons in my stash that I've had from when I started crafting, around 15 years ago, so decided I'd better use them so that's what the sentiment is!

The papers are from Sticks and Bones collection and they are a left over from a previous project.  Buttons and embroidery thread from my stash.  Good luck with the challenge!
