Daring Card Makers - Black and White with a Pop of Colour

Time for a new challenge and theme over at Daring Card Makers and this week it is:

Black and White With a Pop of Colour

I've made a star card using my own template and it fits neatly on a sheet of A4 - a white gel pen was used to create a faux running stitch around the edges and I used X Cut star die cuts and the arrows.

The white, silver and red card are all offcuts - I hate to throw anything away!  The sentiment in the centre has been cut using a Cuttlebug die.

Good luck with the challenge!  I'd like to enter the following:

Brown Sugar:  Birthday
Crafty Catz:  Male Birthday
Seize The Birthday:  Anything Goes
The Paper Shelter:  Shape It Up
Watercooler Wednesday:  Masculine  WINNER

  4. You've really taken that black, white and a "pop" of colour and ran with it haven't you, Ruth! Wow! The star card is gorgeous, made even more striking with the white gel "stitching". Love all those additional stars and arrows. You piled them on and yet it doesn't seem overdone. Good eye! Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.
