So, when is Winnie not Winne? When she is a William!  I've used the Miss Winnie die from Polkadoodles but turned her into a boy by altering the hair die cut to make it look more boyish.  I've added a red jumper and blue jeans with card from my stash.

I also used the Mitred frames die from Polkadoodles then layered them onto card.  The arrows are a little X Cut die as is the rosette die.  I've handwritten the sentiments and used a cocktail stick to add the Happy and Birthday arrows.

I'd like to enter the following challenges:

Seize The Birthday:  Birthday
Crafty Creations:  Anything Goes
Fab n Funky:  Happy
Little Red Wagon:  Boys / Men
Sisterhood of Crafters:  Frame It
Sweet Sketch Wednesday:  Sketch 126 used
