So, when is Winnie not Winne? When she is a William! I've used the
Miss Winnie die from Polkadoodles but turned her into a boy by altering the hair die cut to make it look more boyish. I've added a red jumper and blue jeans with card from my stash.
I also used the
Mitred frames die from Polkadoodles then layered them onto card. The arrows are a little X Cut die as is the rosette die. I've handwritten the sentiments and used a cocktail stick to add the Happy and Birthday arrows.
