Altered Fabric Flowers - Tag You're It Challenge

This is a new challenge for me and I'm surprised I've not done it before as I do like tags and have a few tag dies! This is the Tag You're It! challenge and this weeks challenge is:

we'd like you to create a tag using altered fabric flowers.
They can be altered in any way you see fit ~ painted, inked, stamped, cut from fabric, glittered, etc ~ as long as you've done something to alter them from their original form!
Not over happy with what I've created as I think I had too much on the go when I was making it (The Pie Experience for one!) plus I'm trying to get organised for a Craft Fair on Sunday (12 October) at Ordsall Hall in Salford.....

Anyway, the tag has been cut from the super sized Sizzix Scallop tag die and I've used shocking pink card, generously donated by Lynsey a while ago. The larger denim flowers have been cut from a template I've made, the smaller from the Cuttlebug Baby Face alphabet set. I've used multi coloured 3d glitter paint for edging, the pink rope is from JennyFlower and the brads from my stash.

  • Pink Card: From Lynsey
  • Denim: From old very worn jeans!
  • Dies: Sizzix Super Sized Scallop Tag and flower from Cuttlebug Baby Face alphabet set
  • Other Bits: Pink rope from JennyFlower and other stuff from my stash
