Polkadoodle Challenge - Tic Tac Toe

Today starts the second half of the current Polkadoodle challenge - Tic Tac Toe. You need to take a row from the grid below - I've gone top horizontal and also middle vertical.

All parts, with exception to the base card, charm and twine are from Sticks and Bones, layered up various elements and added the bone, tag and sentiment.  The black doodle dewdrops are also from the store.

I've also added a dotted line around the edge of the three main elements with a white gel pen and a black fineliner pen.  Pretty quick and easy to make and looks really good too!

Good luck with the challenge!
