It's the first Friday of March so it's time for a team blog hop at FTHS! For something a little different, this month we've all been given another team member to CASE! I was given Jo and went with her Flurry post from February.
Apologies for the darkness of the photo - trouble with my laptop monitor and it looked fine when I did it and now I have a new one, oopps! So, I've used the Flurry stamp and printed it onto different papers from Carina Gardner - O Christmas Tree and then I've layered it all onto another sheet and added half pearls for a bit of bling.
I don't think I've paper pieced before and rather enjoyed it so you never know - I may do it again!
So, back to the hop! If you've arrived at me from Michelle then you are on the right track! Don't forget to leave me a comment before you hop back to the blog. One lucky commentator will be chosen from each of our blogs to win a digi stamp of their choice from the store. Plus one of the commentators from the FTHS blog will be in with a chance of winning at $15 voucher to the store!
The hop will end on Monday 7 March at 6am EST and all winners will be announced on the From The Heart Stamps blog on Wednesday 9 March.
Good luck!
I love your take on Jo's card Ruth - this is fab! Super papers you used to do the paper-piecing too!
ReplyDeleteRuth, fabulous case and I love your paper piecing. As a tip, I use this for all my photos: http://www.amazon.com/CowboyStudio-Table-Photo-Studio-Light/dp/B001MYASTG/ref=sr_1_22?ie=UTF8&qid=1457094455&sr=8-22&keywords=cowboy+photography+lighting+kit and it works well and is very inexpensive. Happy Hop!!
