Crimbo Crackers Challenge 177 - Anything Goes

It's time for a new Crimbo Crackers challenge and the theme, as always is

Anything Goes

I've made these cute little gift boxes - each takes an A4 sheet of kraft card and I've used a Sizzix die plus off cuts of card I found in my stash plus some wooden tree decorations that I've had for quite some time.

I've added the large bells (bought in the sales a few years ago as I knew I'd be able to use them one day!) with twine and glued all together with glossy accents.  The bands slide off easily so the box remains undamaged.

Nigel's 30th - Part 4

This is the final part of the 30th Birthday Rock N Roll card that I made last year for a work colleague to give to her son.  This one has used Chill Out Chaz and I've coloured him with Promarkers.  Main backing paper is from Costco and I've added die cut X Cut stars using papers from my stash.

Lettering is an acrylic alphabet stamp set from Calico Studio and I've added glossy accents to the top for extra dimension.  Hope you've enjoyed the card!  The recipient loved it!

Daring Card Makers - Lots of Colour!

I'm the hostess this week at Daring Cardmakers and to banish the dark and cold January days I've gone with a theme of:

Lots Of Colour

I've used up some papers from my stash that I've had printed for years and they are from Funky Hand - Funky Daze CD which is now retired.  The image is from Knitty Kitty Digis and is from the Balloon Chicken set and I've coloured it with Promarkers and added a tiny bit of glossy accents on the eye peeping from the crack in the egg.

I've printed the sentiment from my computer and added some brads I found in my stash (I found a rather lot of them (most of which I didn't know I had) so time to use them up!) To finish I've added a faux stitched line around the edge of the card.

I got to use this cute Heart Balloon digi and coloured it with Promarkers plus some glitter glue on the balloon.  The papers are from Funky Hand - Just For Jen download and are no longer available; I've had these in my stash for a few years and I'm really trying to use up what I have!

The bakers twine and charm are from my stash and I've added the sentiment which are two different clear acrylic stamps - the Happy and Birthday are unbranded and Grandma is from Clearly Besotted.

We are sponsored by Digi Doodle Studios and I got to use this cute Lovers Swing digi which I've coloured with Promarkers.  The papers are from my stash and have been lying around for years so its time to use them up!  I've not got a clue where they are from other than they are digi papers and are all offcuts from previous projects.

I've added a dotted line of liquid pearls around the edge of the image and card base plus organza ribbon, bakers twine and charm are all from my stash.

Daring Card Makers - Just Stamping

Time for a new Daring Card Makers challenge and the theme is

So no papers, no embellishments, just stamping!  I've used a digi, so slightly cheated, coloured with Promarkers.  The image is from Mazy Art and I don't think it is still available as I can't find a link to her store nor the image.

I've used an image from Jellypark which sadly is no longer available and I've coloured it with Promarkers, hand writing the sentiment.  The papers are from my stash and I've not got a clue where they came from as I printed them quite some time ago!

I've added a charm from my stash along with the little wooden hearts and the waxed cord.  To finish, I've layered the image onto a vellum die cut circle and added liquid pearl dots around the edge of the card and the horizontal panel.

The DT were challenged to the theme of Winter Birthday so I've used Ruby with a cute Birthday cake and coloured her with Promarkers plus a little glitter glue.  Papers are Stampin' Unicorn Itsy Ditsy 6x6 paper pad which I've distressed the edges with scissors.

The sentiment is from the Stampin' Unicorn Bits and Pieces 6x6 Ephemera pack and I've added some little half pearls from my stash here and there.  Good luck with the challenge!  I'd like to enter the following:

Time for a new Crimbo Crackers challenge and the theme is

I've made this cute card using papers from Polkadoodles - Holly Jolly 6x6 papers which I've layered onto a kraft card blank.  I used some scraps of kraft card to write the sentiment and also to layer the vellum die cut circle onto.

The mistletoe die is unbranded and I've cut it from a scrap of dark green pearlescent card from my stash; I've then added some different sized half pearls as the berries.
