Polkadoodle Birthday Celebrations - 7 Year Itch (part two)!

Here I am again with my second and final part of the 7th Birthday celebrations going on over at Polkadoodles. I've been part of the Design Team right from the start and the 7 years have totally flown by!

Each Design Team member were asked to create merged / scratched images from existing digis and these were then shared but we didn't know who created what!  I've been sent this image - using Hats off Twiggy and one of the shops from the Dollie Daydream cd.

I've used Promarkers to colour and also watercolour pencils plus added ribbon and half pearls from my stash.

Polkadoodle Birthday Celebrations - 7 Year Itch!

Polkadoodles is 7 years old and to celebrate this achievement and the anniversary which is usually called 'The Seven Year Itch' the team have done something a little different and mixed up / scratched some images together!

I've used the cool Hairdresser digi and combined it with the mirror from Dolly Daydream Girl Talk cd.  I've then flipped the hairdresser image to make it a reflection and added it to the mirror!  I've used Promarkers to colour, the ribbons and comb charm are from my stash and the papers are also Polkadoodle.

The celebrations are lasting two weeks and we will all have something to share!  I'll be back again with a merged image from one of the DT later in the celebrations but for now, the discount code from me to use in the store is:

It's mid-way through the current Polkadoodles challenge and the theme is:

Pretty and Pink

I've gone clean and simple this week and quick as well!  I printed the pre-coloured Dollie from the Dollie Daydream Girl Talk cd directly onto the cardstock; the sentiment is from the same cd.  A little bit of doodling around the edges and some half pearls and a card in a hurry is complete!

It took a bit of working out and positioning to get it just right onto the cardstock, but I'm rather pleased with how it turned out!  Good luck with the challenge!

Polkadoodle Challenge - Girly

It's time for a new Polkadoodle challenge! And the theme for the week is

Girly

We're all showcasing the brand new cd called Dolly Daydream Girl Talk which is fantastic! And if you're stuck for time and need to make a quick card then there are pre-coloured digi's included! And that's what I've used today:

I've simply printed the images directly onto the cardstock along with the sentiment. And all I've added is a doodled line around the edge and some half pearls - job done!
