Daring Card Makers Challenge - Recycled

It's time for a new Daring Card Makers challenge and the theme this week, which has been set by me is

Recycled

I do a lot of recycling, at work and at home and I don't like to throw anything away if I think I can reuse it for a craft project in the future!  So, for this, I've used a vintage map - the kind that came with a magazine in the 1960's and you collected a different part each week or month.

I made this gift bag with gusseted sides and twine handles.  The tag was made with an offcut, layered onto kraft card with a kraft star (X cut die) and a wooden car shape added.

Good luck with the challenge!  I'd like to enter the following:

Crafty Hazlenuts Patterned Paper Challenge:  Anything Goes
Crafting Uncles:  Birthday
Not Just Cards:  Anything Goes
Fab N Funky:  Masculine

  1. I'm a bit of a recycling hoarder Ruth, so your challenge this week was perfect...especially if you decided that during these terrible times we could have a clear out...I love your gift bag idea, it looks great - perfect for a 'bloke'.. take care & hugs Robyn
