Although I've only been on the Design Team just over a week I'm having a blast! The cards the ladies have made for the men in their life have fantastic sentiments that I'm sure will leave you giggling and wanting more!
So, onto the sketch:
You can flip it, rotate it, do what you will as long as it is still recognisable. You don't have to use BBD images, but if you do we will giggle even more! However it must be a masculine card - one for a dude of any age and the funnier the better in our book! The top three winners along with a Top Blog winner will be announced on the challenge blog on the 12 November.
For our very first challenge, we are sponsored by Glitterbabe Greetings and Stef is offering a random drawn winner 4 digis of their choice from her store! Wow!
In following the sketch, I've used Time Out Tim, coloured with Promarkers with some inking around the edges with my trusty faded ink pads that I simply cannot bear to throw away! The sentiment is a Studio G 99p acrylic set and everything else is from my stash. The blue backing paper has been printed from Polkadoodles Not For Girls cd (how very apt!) that I'd had in my box of bits for a while.
And check back on the challenge blog on the 10 November as there will be a special Guest Designer monthly spot challenge. There will be a freebie and a chance to win a GD spot for a month on Dude Time Doodles!
So, what are you waiting for?! Enter!!!
- Backing papers: Not For Girls cd by Polkadoodles
- Image: BBD Designs - Time Out Tim, coloured with Promarkers
- Sentiment: Studio G acrylic stamp
- Everything else: My stash
Sweet card for a little boy, nicely colored and the stars are perfect for the card.
ReplyDeleteLovely cards ruth, simple clean and outstanding!
ReplyDeleteGreat coloring on Timmy. Very cute card!
ReplyDeleteThere is no other sentiment needed on a card such as this! LOL We call the boys "BOY" often - "Boy, you better get your attitude in check" ..."Boy, you better get over here and give your Momma a hug"..."Boy, I sure do love you"!
ReplyDeleteLOVE IT!
I just love the way you colored this! It has a crisp and clean feeling to it and very attention grabbing!
ReplyDeleteThis is a fabulous card. I agree with Boni - no other sentiment is needed. Simple and Sensational!!
