I Love Promarkers - Challenge 422 - Ikes Art

It's Wednesday so time for a new I ❤ Promarkers challenge!  The theme this fortnight is

And we are sponsored by Ikes Art and I've used one of the images from Cubimals and used Promarkers to colour.  I printed the sentiment on my computer and purposely kept it all nice and clean and simple!  Embroidery thread is from my stash along with the charm.

Wash Day

I do like the smell of freshly laundered bedding and here is Wash Day from Dr Digi, coloured with Promarkers and pencils.  It's too cold and damp now to peg the washing out.  Spring is never far away!

Polkadoodles Challenge - Anything Goes or Christmas Male

It's time for a new Polkdoodles challenge and the theme is

Anything Goes

The DT were challenged to make a Christmas card for a male.  This is such a lovely image to use for those men in your life - this is Hollybobs Santa and I've coloured him with Promarkers plus glitter glue on the fur of his suit.  I've layered the image with some red card I had in my stash along with the backing paper from Snowtime Christmas 6x6 paper pack.  I have a thing for buying wooden tree decorations so I can use them on my cards - this was from a set I got from Tesco's (in the January sales, obviously!) probably 6 years ago!

Colour Crazy Challenge - Week 42 - Oddball Stamps

It's time for a new Colour Crazy Challenge and the theme as always is

This week we are sponsored by Oddball Stamps and I've used Spirit of the Sea, coloured with Promarkers and added dollops of glitter to her tail.  The colours are a lot more punchy in real life - looks a bit dull and flat here!  Sentiment comes with the digi.

Papers are from my stash and are from a 6x6 pad from the Poundshop plus added a dotted line of liquid pearls.  Good luck with the challenge!

Crimbo Crackers Challenge 218 - Anything Goes

It's time for a new Crimbo Crackers challenge and the theme is

Anything Goes

I've used a Bugaboo image - Snowmen Couple which I've coloured with Promarkers.  Simply layered onto a block of red with a matching big bow, I've added a snowflake charm and embossed a line down the edges of the card and added three half pearls to finish off.

Hector the Hipster

A nice and easy card to make for the men in your life (or office) using Hector the Hipster from Dr Digi.  Coloured using Promakers and a sentiment stamp from my stash.  Made for one of my team back in March before things got a bit weird.  He looked nothing like the picture early March; chances are he does look more like Hector now!

Daring Card Makers Challenge - Dictionary Day!

 It's time for a new Daring Cardmakers challenge and the theme this week is

Dictionary Day!

I've made a simple card using die cuts - the letters I cut from the navy base card and then added off white pearlescent card as an infill, the bottles are also die cuts plus I've added die cut numbers, letters and little stars.

I Love Promarkers - Challenge 421 - Bugaboo

And we are sponsored by Bugaboo and I've used the fab AKV Got Milk digi, coloured with Promarkers and managed to use some of the pre printed digi papers I have in my stash - trying to use up the oddments!  I've handwritten the sentiment and used a brad that I've had in my stash probably 15 years.....

A quick retirement card for one of my work colleagues using Night Nurse Nina from Dr Digi, coloured with Promarkers and then layered onto an embossed panel.

A bit of faux stitching with a black fineliner pen and a handwritten sentiment, the card is done.  And she loved it!
