This week we are sponsored by Knitty Kitty Digis, We were able to work with Build A Snow Scene set and I've coloured up this funky flamingo with Promarkers and added various non branded dies from my stash to create the background.

Polkadoodle Challenge - Anything Goes or Great Outdoors

It's Friday so time for a new Polkadoodles challenge!  The theme as always is

Anything Goes

And the DT were challenge to the theme of Great Outdoors

I've used the Foxy Fun die from the Great Outdoors collection and used papers from the Hair / Skin / Fur paper pack and the patterned background from The Great Outdoors A5 paper pad.  I've cut a frame using the Fabulous Mitred Frames die.

And to finish off I've used my own Sizzix lettering dies to spell out the word Fox.  So very cute!  I really do enjoy making things other than cards and I like the idea of adding these as a feature on a wall!  I made a whole set of them with all the different dies - just now where to hang them!

Little Miss Muffet Stamps - Challenge 197

The new Little Miss Muffet Stamps challenge has started and the theme is

I've used a recent new release - Polka Dot Pals Wyleen and coloured her with Promarkers.  I found the papers in my stash and the ribbon too plus added die cut snowflakes from glitter card.  I've added half pearls to the centres plus dotted a line of liquid pearls around the edge of the card and paper.

I cut the image with the Polkadoodles Fanciful Circles die.  I'd like to enter the following:

I Love Promarkers - Challenge 367 - No Patterned Papers

I've joined the I Love Promarkers Design Team!  And here is my first challenge which is sponsored by Fabrika Fantasy.  The theme for the fortnight is

I've used Cute Zebra 3 and coloured him with Promarkers and I've managed to use up some of my off cuts of card to make the base and I've doodled a border around the edge with a black fine liner pen.

Dad's 70th - E is for

Here I am again with another page of my Dad's 70th birthday card from earlier this year.  This week it is the letter E of sevEnty and I've used Feet Up and a Cuppa and Lamp images from Dr Digi.  I've coloured both with Promarkers and I made the floor myself from an off cut of kraft card.

The wallpaper is some papers that I've had in my stash for ages and were from a magazine.  letters are Sizzix Round-A-Bout and the large E is a chipboard shape that I've coloured with a black marker.

I recently bought this cute little space rocket die - Cut and Make - for £1 from The Range.  I cut it twice and then cut the flames again twice to layer up.

I made the background with spray inks - silver and copper plus added some tiny punched silver stars.

I picked this cute image - Gigi Little Mermaid and coloured her up with Promarkers plus a little bit of glitter here and there.  The background frame has been cut by the Bubblicious frame from Polkadoodles and I found a random bit of card in my stash which matched the colours!

Crimbo Crackers Challenge 167 - Anything Goes

Welcome to a new Crimbo Crackers challenge!  The theme for the fortnight is

Anything Goes

I've made a Christmas Tree using a box template I found on google and then cut out all the little tags (backed them onto off cuts of kraft card first) from the Holly Jolly 6x6 paper pack.  I wrapped some bakers twine around the tree first so I could then add the pegs to make it look like they were clipped to it.  When actually I've used foam pads underneath the numbers to stick them to the tree - was just a lot easier!

We are half way through the current Little Miss Muffet stamps challenge and I'm here with some more inspiration.  The theme as always is

I've used Candy Floss Crew Quentin and coloured him with Promarkers.  I've used a freebie sentiment stamp that I've had for an absolute age and use time and time again; the chocolate brown card is from my stash and I've added a dotted white line with a white gel pen around the edge.

The papers are double sided 6x6 papers from Dovecraft - More or Less and I've lightly distressed them.  Good luck with the challenge!

Dad's 70th - V is for

I'm back with letter v from the word seVenty!  Part of the card I made for my Dad's birthday earlier this year.  I've used the following images from Dr Digi; Camera, Lava Lamp, Valve Radio and also Bloomin' 70's papers.

All images have been coloured with promarkers and I added glossy accents on the front of the lava lamp.  Tags have been handwritten and I researched the items to get an approximate year of significance.

The large letter V is a chipboard shape which I've coloured with a black marker and the other letters are from my Sizzix Round-A-Bout alphabet die set.  See you next week with another letter!
