Simply Create Too - Something New

The current Simply Create Too challenge is at its halfway stage and the challenge theme is Something New.

I've made a Good Luck at school card for my neice and used two new charms that I bought (and rather a few more on ebay!) So new school, new experience and new charms!

The papers are from Samantha Walker - A to Z Mega pack and the image is from Jellypark - Girl With Sign - and I've coloured her with Promarkers and handwrote the sign.

Good luck with the challenge!

I'd like to enter the following challenges:

Aud Sentiments: Any Sentiment Except Birthday

Jellypark Stamp Spotlight & Freebie! Girl with Sign & Boy with Sign

I've got two cards to share with you today - the first one - Girl With Sign - is our Jellypark Stamp Spotlight, and the second one - Boy With Sign - is the freebie on the Jellypark Club!  But be quick!  The digi freebie is not around for a long time, and if you join up right now, there is a fab 50% off code that you can use across the store but its only available for a short short time - so be quick!!

I've coloured both images with Promarkers and then cut them out.  I've handwritten the sentiments too - the girl one is for a friend at work and her youngest, Grace, has started school this time - I remember seeing her for the first time when she was 2 days old!!  Her uniform is yellow hence the yellow theme!

And the Boy with Sign is the current Jellypark Club freebie (if you're quick!) and Claire actually drew the image for me some time ago as I wanted a boy one - lucky me eh?!  I've used one of my circle Nestie dies to layer the images on and then added a thin handcut border.

Papers are from a Samantha Walker kit - A to Z Mega collection (I got it in the $1 sale!) and I've cut up different elements for the top and bottom borders.  A bit of inking and some faux stitching and its all done!

Hurry - get over to Jellypark and sign up for the club if you've not already done so!  Fab freebies await plus discount codes too!

Pink Birthday!

Here is a card that I made for my cousin Claire for her Niece Casey as its her Birthday later this week.

I do like this Jellypark image and its great for lots of different occasions!  I've coloured it with Promarkers and I hand wrote the sentiment.  Papers are from Pokadoodles - Sugar Plum Daisy cd and I've added some pearls and ribbon from my stash.

Apologies for the rather short post - I am shattered after the morning we've had - all very good news though, so check back in a while to see what it is!!
