Dude Time Doodles Challenge - Inspirational Picture - Cowboys!

I quite like inspirational picture boards and this week its just that for the Dude Time Doodles challenge!

I've used Cow Poke Cal along with one of the sentiments from the set. He's been coloured with Promarkers and I've also used some garden twine plus some stars from my stash.


I liked the look of the kraft card blank and I've rounded the corners and added some faux stitching to complete the cowboy effect!

Dude Time Doodles First Birthday - Scavenger Crawl!

Welcome to the first Annual Dudeville Holla Scavenger Crawl! We are celebrating our First Birthday with style!

To celebrate this momentous occasion, I've created a card using Cowpoke Cal and coloured him with Promarkers. All the papers are left over scraps from my bits box and I've used my Nesties for shape and added some card candy plus twine from the kitchen drawer.

Dude Time Doodles Challenge 8 - Photo Inspiration

Welcome to another Dude Time Doodles challenge! This week it is an inspiration challenge from the photo below. Our rules are really simple - make your project for a bloke - funny, sarcastic or witty just as long as it is publishable! And link up through the Dude Time Doodles Challenge blog!

I've used Cowpoke Cal along with a sentiment and he's been coloured with Promarkers. I've used a kraft card blank as it was perfect for the cowboyish colours along with DCWV Retro Stack 6x6 papers.


For all the shapes I've used my nesties and then inked the edges and doodled a fine line to finish.
Plus a bit of obligatory rootin' tootin' string! Good luck with the challenge and I hope you can join us! You don't need to use a Dude Time Doodles image, but if you do it will really make us smile! The challenge is open until Tuesday 22 February evening - US time.
