Bob's Balloons and Being 60

Bob's Balloons from Dr Digi is making an appearance on this card along with some extra balloons and a stack of Toilet Paper plus a Prezzie.  I die cut the letters from left over papers and then layered onto red card.  All images coloured with Promarkers

Mum 70 - Part 1

My Mum turned 70 towards the end of last year and I made her a rather unique card.  This is the front cover and I've used Coffee Table (removed the daffs), Prezzie and Rubber Duckie all from Dr Digi and coloured with Promarkers.

I cut the number 70 from card and then covered with some really ancient papers from my stash - Papermania - Retro Floral 12x12 papers which I've pieced together so I can use as much as I can.  Edges dotted with liquid pearls.

I've handwritten the vellum tag and created a bow with some paper ribbon.

Random Stash Items!

I've had a delve through my stash to find things that I'd either forgotten about or didn't know I had!  So here are a few!  I've used Prezzie from Dr Digi and coloured it with Promarkers.  I've used Snowtime 6x6 papers from Polkadoodles and added dotted lines of liquid pearls around the edge of the card and paper.

I found some fluffy fibres in my stash so added those and some large half pearls.  Smaller half pearls added to the vellum die cut circle.

A 70th - Part 1

Here I am with another of those cards using Dr Digi images!  These are the front cover and first page of a 70th Birthday card I was asked to make last year for a work colleague.

I've used papers from my stash (which I've had for an age) throughout the card and kept it to the same colour and pattern.  The big 70 is one of my own templates and the smaller words are dies from Clearly Besotted.  I've added a dotted line of liquid pearls around the edge of the numbers for extra detail.

I've used Birthday Cake and Prezzie, colouring with Promarkers.  I've stamped each individual letter using a Calico Studio alphabet set and then added glossy accents to the top.

Nigel's 30th - Part 1

Here is another multi-page card that I made last year for a work colleague to give to her son on his 30th Birthday.  The papers are all from a big bundle I bought quite some time ago on the one occasion I ventured into Costco.  They are all double sided 12x12 sheets and some are a bit grungy and I thought they would be perfect for this card!

I've used one of my own templates for the numbers and cut the stars from offcuts of card from my stash using an X Cut die.  I've hand written the sentiment.

The two digis are from Dr Digi - Cake and Candles and Prezzie; both coloured with Promarkers.  The letters are acrylic stamps from Calico Studio and I've gone over the top with glossy accents for a bit more dimension.

Prezzie

A quick Christmas card rustled up with the help from Dr Digi and the fab Prezzie digi.  I've coloured it with Promarkers and added a sentiment that is personal to the recipient.

I've added it to a star shaped card - green card from my stash and I've added a faux running stitch around the edge.

Pretty simple really!  Don't know why I've not thought of this combination before!

I do like a versatile digi - and what better than Prezzie from Dr Digi - can be used for both Christmas and also Birthday's!  Silver card is from my stash, patterned is a retired Funky Hand digital set.  And I've used Spellbinder and X Cut dies for the shapes and Clearly Besotted for the sentiment.
