Good Luck

A card for a work colleague who is leaving us for a new post very soon.  Trouble is, I've had to make a few cards for her so they have all needed to be different!  This one uses the Lucky Birdbrain Chick image from From The Heart Stamps.

I've coloured it with Promarkers plus added glossy accents on the eyes and added a blingy pearl to the centre of the shamrock.

I found a perfect green satin ribbon in my stash, tied it with some bakers twine and added the charm.  I've handwritten the sentiment which is on a half of a die cut shape.

From The Heart Stamps Sketch 141

It's Monday so that can only mean one thing - a new FTHS sketch and twist challenge!

Lucky Birdbrain Chick stamp used along with one of the sentiments that comes with the set.  Coloured as always with Promarkers plus glossy accents on the eyes.  The green card I found in my stash along with the buttons (they are not supposed to be out of line - must have knocked them when they were drying!) and embroidery thread.

The charm is also from my stash (a rather extensive collection too!) along with the ribbon.  I've added a dotted line of liquid pearls around the edges to finish it all off.

Lots O' Luck

I managed to get quite a few images coloured up over the Christmas break and this is one of those - Lucky Birdbrain Chick - From The Heart digi stamps.  Which was good thinking as I needed a good luck card for work tomorrow!

I've coloured it with Promarkers and added glitter glue around the edges and also sentiment.  Everything else is from my stash including the printed paper.  The charm is from my rather extensive stash (and growing!)

Lots of Luck

A good friend and work colleague will be leaving soon and I've offered to make the farewell / good luck card for us all to sign. I've used Lucky Birdbrain Chick - From The Heart Stamps, coloured with Promarkers (and glossy accents) and used DCWV Retro Stack 6x6 papers along with cardstock from my stash.

The ribbon is also from my stash and I've made a series of loops and then threaded more ribbon through to tie so it looks fancy! A few matching half pearls here and there and some stickles around the edge of the image and its complete!

I added one of the sentiments that comes with the image on the inside of the card and I've made sure there is plenty of space for everyone to write their well wishes!

The image is quite apt as she keeps chickens too. Although I don't think any will be as good looking and trendy as this chick!
