Colour Crazy Challenge - Week 14 - Ching-Chou Kuik

It's time for a new Colour Crazy Challenge and the theme as always is

This week we are sponsored by Ching-Chou Kuik and I've used Purple Balloon and coloured it with Promarkers plus used glossy accents and then very fine glitter for the balloon.  Papers are from my stash and I've used offcuts so had to be clever with where they were placed!
