Mum 70 - Part 7

Here is the next to last page for my Mum's Birthday card and its Bath Time Deirdery from Dr Digi, coloured with Promarkers with glitter glue for bubbles, glossy accents on the glasses and liquid pearl embellishments on the bath hat.

I cut the number 70 from card and then covered with some really ancient papers from my stash - Papermania - Retro Floral 12x12 papers which I've pieced together so I can use as much as I can.  Edges dotted with liquid pearls.  The smaller letter T is also covered with papers from the same collection.  I've handwritten the vellum tag and created a bow with some paper ribbon.
