Polkadoodles Challenge - Thank You

It's time for a new Polkdoodles challenge and the theme is

Anything Goes

The DT were challenged to make a thank you card and to use at least 2 images, so I've kept my card clean and simple and merged two images from the Winnie Heroes collection to create my card.  Coloured with Promarkers plus a stethescope charm from my stash and embroidery thread.  The sentiment is from the collection too.
