Here is the second card for kids who are starting school this September! This one is for Harry. Again, I've used a Jellypark image, coloured with Promarkers and added with foam pads for depth. The sentiment is also Jellypark - both no longer available.
Papers are A to Z by Samantha Walker - I've been creative with the borders and the circle die cut (there was not quite enough for a full circle so the image is hiding a gap!) and I'm using a lot of left overs! The three black half pearls are from my stash And to finish, I've added a running stitch with a black fine liner pen around the edge of the card and also the circle die cut.
I'd like to enter the following:
What a great back to school image. Love Jellypark images, I used to be on the DT and it was so much fun. Your paper are so perfect with this adorable image. Thanks for joining us. Hugs, Heide SSW2-DT
ReplyDeleteRuth I love your back to school card, this is a great image and colours. It's a great sketch to use up those scrap pieces of paper that we all have. Don't forget to be eligible to win you need to comment on the SSW2 blog for this fortnight and also add the sketch to your posting. Great card and thanks so much for sharing it with us over at Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 and good luck.

Fantastic Ruth. I'm a little sad that neither the image nor the sentiment are available anymore (tho it's probably good for my pocketbook!) I'm so glad that you stopped by the SSW2 blog to share this with us. Really pretty (er, manly I mean)
