Crimbo Crackers Challenge 97 - Anything Goes

Time for the last Crimbo Crackers challenge of 2015! It's an easy theme for the fortnight:

Anything Goes

I've used a cute pre coloured topper from Lily of the Valley which is retired, layered it onto a fancy Spellbinders die cut and then onto some paper I found in my stash.  Organza ribbon and two little spoon charms finish it off!

Good luck with the challenge - more details can be found on Crimbo Crackers.  I'd like to enter the following:

Jingle Bloomin' Bells

Another of those handy gift card wallets. This time I've been rather good and have recycled a colleagues Graze box - the card is really decent quality and the inside pattern changes regularly.  Of course, I did let him finish the contents of the box!

I've used the wonderful Christmas Sentiments Sheet 01 from Dr Digi for the sentiment - quick and easy to use!

Football Santa

I made three of these cards to give to the football coaches that my youngest son plays for - the tag on the sack I hand wrote and its the teams initials.  Simply Santa (coloured) from Dr Digi plus the balls digi - which I coloured with Promarkers and a little bit of sparkle and the card is complete!

Really great for quick cards!

I've used Deck The Halls digi, coloured with Promarkers and added glitter glue around the edges; the sentiment also is part of the set.  Added some glass gems to the side and the card is complete!

And here is the sketch.

From The Heart Stamps Blog Hop - Birthday Month!

It's the first Friday in the month and you know what that means - a FTHS Blog Hop!!  This month we have a little twist - you have to still leave a comment on each of the blogs as you hop around but the difference is that you will need to email Faith with your guess of which month our Birthday falls - please don't leave a comment on our individual blogs as to which month you think it is.  If you guess correctly for all the Birthday's you could be in with a chance to win a $15 FTHS voucher!

Also, you can link up your own creation of a Birthday card which the winning entry could win a $10 FTHS voucher!  The link will remain open until 3 January so it gives you plenty of time to enter!

And there is more!  Each comment that is left on our blogs could be chosen to win an image of your choice from the store!  So at least three chances to win a wonderful image!

So, here is my Birthday month card - can you guess which month it is?!  I've used Easter Egg Birdbrains stamp and sentiment, coloured with Promarkers plus glossy accents.  The ribbon, half pearls and charm are from my stash.  I've added lilac glitter glue around the edge of the card and clear around the die cut circle sentiment.

If you've arrived at my blog from Michelle then you're on the right track - if you've randomly found me (hello!) then please start at the beginning as you don't want to miss any of the stops on the way!  Please leave me a comment and then hop over to the FTHS blog which is your last and final stop.  The hop will end on Monday 7 December at 6am EST and the winners will be posted on the FTHS blog on the 9 December.

Good luck!

Polkadoodle Challenge Week 49 - Traditional Christmas

Time for a new Polkadoodle challenge and the theme for the fortnight is:

Traditional Christmas

I've made a gift card wallet and used papers printed from Picknix 3:  Nordic Winter and added a bow made from contrasting papers.  My traditional bit is the colours that I've used - red, green and a bit of gold.

No template used for the wallet - I just made it up as I went along!  The chunky button I found in my stash (attached with a fair amount of glossy accents) and the bow slides off so you can open the wallet.

Don't forget to pop over to the blog to see all the other inspiration from the Design Team and to enter the challenge!  There is £10 worth of downloads from the store for one lucky winner!

I'd like to enter the following challenges:

Really easy and quick to make and they are opened by sliding off the band.
