Anything Goes
This week we are sponsored by Digi Doodle Studios and I've used Penelope Party Girl and coloured her with Promarkers. I've used off-cuts of papers that I got free some years ago in a magazine - didn't have anything large enough so had to be creative with what I had!
The sentiment is from Polkadoodles and I've added dots of liquid pearls around the edge of the image and sentiment. The gems and pearls are from my stash.
